My name is Arthur W Broslat ( Call me Art ). I am an experienced and successful specialist in waterfront property in the zone of  Port Charlotte, South Gulf Cove, Punta Gorda and the Cape Haze Peninsula. During the last twenty years, I've done several hundred transactions in South Gulf Cove and Port Charlotte worth over $50 million.

I have both BS and MBA degrees from Penn State University in marketing and finance. I was a captain in the US Air Force during Vietnam, assigned to a Minuteman Missile launch crew in the Strategic Air Command at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. My work experience includes senior Managing Director at Bank of America and Division President at Pulte Homes. While working for Pulte, as president of my division, I was primarily dedicated to land acquisition activities.

Bright Realty is a fast growing regional company with over 180,  agents in Sarasota , Charlotte and Manatee Counties.

I have lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Caracas,Venezuela for several years so my Spanish is fluent ( my wife is Argentine, from Buenos Aires ).
