My name is Arthur W Broslat ( Call me Art ). I am an experienced and successful specialist in land and waterfront property in the zone of  Port Charlotte, South Gulf Cove, and Cape Haze. During the last six years, I've done several hundred transactions in South Gulf Cove worth many millions of dollars.

 I have both BS and MBA degrees from Penn State University in marketing and finance. I was a captain in the US Air Force during Vietnam, assigned to a Minuteman Missile launch crew in the Strategic Air Command. My work experience includes senior executive positions at Bank of America and Pulte Homes. While working for Pulte, I was primarily dedicated to land acquisition activities.

I have lived in Argentina and Venezuela for several years so my Spanish is fluent ( my wife is Argentine, from Buenos Aires ).
